Exhibition overview -  Caught in a View

Exhibition overview of solo exhibition "Caught in A View". From January 16th - February 21st at gallery Plaatsmaken, Arnhem, the Netherlands.

The artworks for this exhibition have been created during my residency at Stichting Plaatsmaken using the darkroom and illuminator that are part of their screen printing facility. In this 3-month period I have experimented in this darkroom with old found negatives and the cyanotype printing process.

In this exhibition I will take you with me on my journey of intuition through these old negatives, like a mesmerizing flow filled with a feeling of nostalgia, of connection, isolation, and that puzzling urge to fill, or at least try to, fill in the gaps.
